FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. The only exception will be if the event is cancelled due to covid restrictions.
Will there be access to an electric hook-up?
Yes electric is available. There is a £35 charge for the weekend.
Can I park near my tent?
Yes you can.
Will the site be secure?
Yes we have security on for the event. This will help keep unwanted visitors out.
As a single gentleman can I book to attend the Festival?
Yes you can. You will need at least 3 verification's so we can ensure we only have genuine people attend.
Can I bring my own food and have barbeque?
Yes you can. Keep the barbecue off the ground is all we ask.
Are there local shops in case we need supplies
Please do all your shopping for supplies prior to attending. We are only allowing people to leave the festival in an emergency and running out of booze does not reflect an emergency. This helps us keep the site secure. We will have security patrols operating throughout the festival.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
NO. The ticket is not transferable. If the person is not on Fab and cannot be verified as genuine through verification's we are unable to transfer it to someone else.
Are dogs allowed?
No, there is a no dogs policy as this a festival site.
What if there is bad weather?
Sadly its one thing we can't control. Hopefully it will be perfect weather for a good festival.
Whats included with the ticket?
Your ticket includes the pitch for your tent, caravan or camper van. The entertainment that's going will be included in the ticket price.
What time can I get onto the site?
The gates will open at 10am on Thursday and then at 11am there will be food and drink vendors open. Stalls will open up from 11am.
How will I know what is going on during the weekend?
Each guest will receive a festival guide on arrival to include entertainment programme, useful information etc. Further detailed information is available at the information tent.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, You will need to produce ID to get onto the site. Again this helps secure our festival.
We carry out random checks of ID during the weekend to ensure tickets being presented are by those who booked to ensure the protection of our guests.
What toilet & shower facilities are on site?
We will have Toilet and shower facilities on-site for you to use. It will be for your use so please dont wash your dishes there as it is a limited supply for all to use and if things are abused with people emptying chemical toilets we may have to close them to clear them up before people could use them again so bare this in mind.
Showers will be there and for all to use. If we can avoid queues as there are more people than showers so timing will be key to things running smoothly.
We have got luxury showers with someone who will be cleaning them after being used and not your normal festival showers. There will be a small charge of £10 per person for the whole weekend of unlimited showers.
Is there a Cash Machine on Site?
No. This is a field campsite like a festival is. We don't have cash machines available. There will be vendors that will take card payments but not all will.
